Can’t Lose Weight? It Doesn’t Have To Be This Way

Think you can’t lose weight? Any particular reason you think you can’t shed a few pounds? Sadly the majority of people who want to lose weight get it in their heads that they simply can’t lose weight. Some mystical power is stopping them from achieving their weight loss goal.

The truth is they are reluctant to lose any weight at all. They would be happy to simply carry on as they are. Yet they still tell themselves they would like to lose a few pounds but they can’t, or don’t know how.

Losing weight is no big deal. It’s a mathematical equation, pure and simple. Your body needs to use more calories than it takes in. If we eat more than we burn off we get fat. Period.

On the other hand if we burn off slightly more than we eat we lose weight. This is the crux of the problem. The average diet is so full of calories it’s almost criminal. If you put side by side what you ate every day, against what you should eat you’d be so surprised you’d need a lie down.

A basic example is the exercise for love handles, the side bend. You can lose weight by doing these, lots of these. How many you have to do is anyones guess as it’s simply a balancing act between burning calories and eating calories.

You can take in a whole days calories in one meal. Easily! Of course the big culprit is fast food. Even the savoury stuff can be laced with sugar. You will feel hungry again in much less time if you eat sugary stuff.

Almost everything we eat gets changed into a simple form of sugar called glucose by the body. Sugary foods get used up much faster and then leave you feeling hungry again very quickly. There’s a lot of people think our sugar reliant diets is no accident. A western world conspiracy to get us eating (and spending) more.

The more food we eat, the more money we spend, the more big industry gets rich. Big business gets richer by the day with this simple formula. What’s the easiest way to get us to eat more? Add sugar to everything.

Like in a bar when there’s peanuts or pretzels on the bar to nibble on. We eat the salt and get thirsty so we buy more beer. To finish off, you should lose some weight if you burn off more calories than you take in. But will you do this on your own? Very doubtful as the willpower level in our culture is rock bottom.

What you need is a hand holding system to help you. A method that guarantees you lose weight if you stick to the plan all the way. If you’ve tried other stuff and still believe you can’t lose weight it’s time you tried something else. Something that works!

Can’t lose weight? Join the club, there’s an awful lot of members.You should have a total rethink if you believe you can’t lose weightEverybody can lose weight; you just need to have a solid system that you can follow.

We’ve all heard it over and over, eat less food and exercise a bit more and the weight will come off.Those words are meaningless as they don’t go into enough detail.We need details. We need a system to guide us every step of the way

If you have a set of rules to follow, rules which will result in losing weight, you will find this much easier.You follow the rules correctly, you then know you are doing things right.Left to our own devices we will usually fail to follow and then simply fail.

Left to our own devices we all usually end up at the same place we started. Overweight and depressed about it.With a system that works we can be sure we are doing things right.We can tick off what we need to do when we’ve done it and know at night that we have done it right.

Pretty soon we start to lose weight because we are following the rules exactly, every single day.Actually following the rules every day is the hardest part.We can help ourselves though by recognising some of the reasons why we might fail.

With knowledge comes power. Knowing what to do helps us get the job done.It’s no different with the tussle to lose weight. Learn the subject and it becomes easier.Here are a handful of reasons that may be why you can’t lose weight; you may be surprised at some.

Portion sizes.Do you really need that much food? I can tell you that studies have shown that three quarters of us give ourselves portions that are far too large. We rarely need as much as we put on our plates. Try it for a while, reduce your portions a bit. See if you are still hungry. You may be surprised. When you start to see results you will automatically be preparing smaller portions so this one should take care of its self later on.

Depression. I know this one only too well. I suffered a bad motorcycle accident leaving me unable to work and the dreaded depression set in. It’s a nightmare scenario of a downward spiral that will easily cause you to even give up trying to lose weight. But I know it can be overcome.

Reward eating. You get to the end of the week and notice you’ve dropped a few punds. Do you ever reward yourself with something you should avoid like the plague? This can cause you to have a nightmare yo-yo time. Working hard all week to lose it and putting it (and more) back on in one fell swoop.

Is it your age? It’s a well known fact that as we get older our bodies change. We start to accumulate fat in the most unwanted places. If you know where these areas are, and understand why the fats being stored there, it may help you in your weight loss regime.

Any of these, or another reason could be why you think you can’t lose weight.You will benefit by getting hold of a step by step system you can stick to.Following a system everyday gives you your best chance of successfully losing weight.

Is it even worth reviewing the numerous diet systems out there? I think so yes.Most systems don’t even give you enough info to decide what’s good and bad for you. They say if you do this and that, you will lose weight. But this is really poor info.

Exercise For Love Handles - Side Bends Won’t Work

Do any search on the net and you’ll hit a million websites that will promise to strip that fat from your love handles. The fact is most of it’s crap. Usually setup to try and sell you some expensive equipment or diet pills.

The main suspect in the exercise for love handles niche is the side bend. You hold a walking stick or broom above your head and bend from side to side. Simple! Of course, they rarely work.

They will not work if you are just targeting one particular area. Just doing one area will have no effect whatsoever 99% of the time. You’ll always get the smart ass telling you they do work. Of course they work, but only when they are part of a complete system. Not just targeting one area.

You will lose weight from your love handles if you incorporate the side bends with an all round workout. If your workout is also part of an all round system you could double your results. The fact is, to lose weight (or fat) you need to burn more energy than you consume.

To consume energy simply means to eat food. To burn energy off you simply have to do something that is active. Exercise usually. Exercise can be any form of activity that burns calories.

Could be any of these…walking, sex, swimming, jogging or even err … sex again! Any type of exercise is good for you. No exercise is bad for you. The reason why people are getting fatter is they don’t burn off the calories that they eat.

You can exercise for your love handles all you want but if you ignore other areas you will simply get nowhere fast. I’m a naturally lazy person so I tend to go swimming a lot. It’s a great non impact all round exercise. If you are near a pool, then use it as the benefits can be huge.

I hate jogging and see no benefit in killing your knees every day. You may need them in later life! The guy who popularised jogging actually died while out jogging in a park somewhere. He was discovered by 2 smokers walking past. Irony eh?

Not a fancy new “diet” which won’t work, but a solid system that has been proven to work and is gentle enough not to put you off. Exercise For Love Handles - Does It Hurt Bad?

Exercise for love handles, will it hurt me? Well that all rests on what & how you do it. But it doesn’t have to be.

Why we call those chubby lumps at our sides ‘love handles’ is a mystery to me. There’s not a lot to love about them.

The technical term for love handles is obliques, after the oblique muscles which sit at an angle at each side. The word oblique mean ‘at an angle’.

In the fitness & health industry the standard advice starts with - eat healthily, exercise moderately, balanced diet - and all the other rubbish they spout.

We are well aware of all that advice but we need an easy way without any real work, is it possible?

Yes it’s possible. You can continue on your junk food diet and lose your love handles but you are in for a huge amount of work.

The biggest hurdle you face is that while you exercise for love handles, you only rid yourself of yesterday’s fat. Today’s fat is making it’s way to love handle central.

If, and I say then tentatively, if you were to cut the crap food out you will find you can do far less exercise to maintain a great body.

It’s about compromise. How much do you really want to lose those love handles? Is it enough to make a change to your lifestyle?

Or will you choose to work much harder and still enjoy all the junk foods you do now. That one is up to you.

A popular exercise for love handles is side bends. You may need to do a few hundred a day to maintain your love handles and your current diet. Or only do a few dozen to keep the love handles flat if you make the lifestyle change.

As you can see from the example above, it’s a compromise. More garbage food will mean more exercise. Better food means less exercise.

As a lazy person myself I tend to eat as good as I possibly can so I can keep any exercise down to a minimum. I still exercise for my love handles but only to stop them re-appearing.

So there you have it, exercise for love handles will hurt if you have to do loads of them just to maintain your current love handles. It’s far less painful if you are prepared to adjust your lifestyle a bit.

I Always Believed I Can’t Lose Weight - I Don’t Any More

I look at my life in two stages, before and after. I know you’re probably thinking before the weight loss and after the weight loss, but that’s not the case here.

Before for me was before I was told I had type two diabetes. One hell of a shock I can tell you. After is everything that came after.

I knew I was carrying a bit of extra girth but I never thought 15 pounds or so was dangerously overweight for someone in my mid twenties.

I’d been on the diet merry go round many times but I lacked the motivation. Plus I’d brainwashed myself into thinking I can’t lose weight.

When I was trying and losing weight it seemed to take for ever to drop a couple pounds. When I stopped trying I gained any losses back almost overnight.

I suppose you could say getting diabetes is a disaster, maybe not a real disaster but with all the complications that come with it, it certainly seems to be a disaster.

I was told in no uncertain terms to drop the weight, or suffer. I had to stop thinking I can’t lose weight and start thinking I can lose weight.

What the hell was I gonna do? I was convinced for most of my adult life that I simply can’t lose weight. I needed to get hold of a dieting system that worked for me.

As I like to be a bit obsessive, I wanted something that I could follow step by step. Something that gave me a list of daily tasks that I could tick off one by one.

Depending on whether my daily tasks were certain exercise routines or planned meals I wanted to be able to tick off when they were done. I know I’m sticking to my system this way.

I had differing levels of success with all manner of dieting systems and gizmos. Some quite expensive! I read plenty of books and lots of Ebooks.

I eventually discovered a neat little step by step system that has a computer generated diet planner, which importantly doesn’t restrict your portion sizes. It makes it so quick and easy to plan meals.

I mentioned earlier that I like to tick the boxes off when I’m doing something, well this system ticks all the boxes for me. Forgive the little joke there!

If you too think you can’t lose weight then let me tell you from experience you are 99% wrong in thinking that. Maybe you just haven’t found the system that works for you yet. Maybe that system is the one I use?

Those Who Think They Can’t Lose Weight, Think Again

Can’t lose weight? Or think you can’t lose weight, then maybe you need to re-evaluate your thinking on this. Everyone should be able to lose weight. It’s not impossible.

I used to firmly believe I can’t lose weight and would always be overweight. But, I was proven wrong in the end.

I went for years just yo-yoing up and down with my weight. Mostly up but some downs. I was all of a sudden diagnosed with diabetes.

I blamed myself for being overweight and causing diabetes but the reality is I just don’t know if I contributed. I can tell you though it’s a frightening revelation to find that out.

I was now diabetic and I was only twenty seven years old. How the hell did I get old peoples diabetes?

I realised it was time to take drastic action. My health depended on a proper attempt at losing weight. My whole outlook had to change.

I had tried most diets and dieting gimmicks that came out over the years. Cripes some of them cost a fortune. I look back and am ashamed to admit just how much I wasted on crap diets.

What I found was a step by step system that allows me to plan my day and my meals. I can plan meals of a decent size that aren’t going to leave me hungry.

I use a computer diet generator that does away with any hassle I might have in planning proper meals. I used to really get aggravated working out what I can & can’t have.

I was a sucker for eating any leftovers my kids didn’t eat. I actually thought that it was wasteful to throw it in the garbage. Now I have a totally different mindset and we rarely cook more than we can eat.

If you are like I used to be and still think you can’t lose weight then you need a fresh outlook on things. You can, and will lose weight if you start right now believing you can.

Make the decision and you will not regret it. In the future you can look back and probably be embarrassed at how you believed you can’t lose weight.

I’m a bit OCD and like to have everything I do put into systems. I like to follow lists of instructions knowing that at the end I’ll get the result I expect. It’s no different with my weight loss and it could be the same for you.

If You Can’t Lose Weight - You Need A Step By Step System

If you’ve been struggling with your weight for some time, you might believe right now that you simply can’t lose weight.

I can re-assure you though that you can lose weight. Almost everyone can lose weight given the right system. Maybe you haven’t found yours yet?

I used to think I couldn’t lose weight but with mother nature using some shock tactics on me, I realised it was all in my head.

I was always around fifteen pounds overweight and at twenty seven I was hit with type two diabetes. It was like being hit by a train.

I don’t know the how’s and why’s of it all but I do know it prompted me to do something with my weight.

I’m a systems man at heart. Whatever I do if I can boil it down to a system, I will. Weight loss is no different.

A system is like a recipe, follow it properly and get the same end result. The end result here for you is a body you’ve craved for a long while now.

The world we live in is built on systems. Most of our jobs use systems of some sort. It makes it easier for us to get the task done. So why not mould our weight loss regime into a system?

I’m a bit shy to admit just how much money I’ve wasted on crap diet products and gotten absolutely nowhere with them. Maybe by copying what I do you can save a lot of money and cut right to success.

I unearthed a gem of a system, works great for me. I can easily plan what I need to do and then tick the tasks of as I do them every day.

I plan meals with a computer generated meal planner. Meals that don’t leave me feeling empty and are perfectly healthy. Stress free meal planning.

I used to get really stressed out planning a daily diet. Working out what was good or bad was becoming a nightmare. A couple of mouse clicks now and I’m good to go.

If you actually believe that you can’t lose weight maybe it’s time to try a system like mine. It’s a no stress join the dots kinda thing. You’ve got nothing to lose but a bit of fat.

Can’t Lose Weight? Have A Rethink On That

Rest assured there are millions like you who believe they simply can’t lose weight.If you really think you can’t lose weight then it’s time to have a rethink.A system with step by step daily tasks is all you need to start losing weight.

We all know that to lose weight, we should eat less and exercise more.Those two statements don’t really help us as they simply aren’t specific enough.We need details. We need a system to guide us every step of the way

Weight loss is much easier if we can follow a proven system with a proven set of rules.Every day we can follow the rules and be certain we are doing things right.There’s nothing worse than having to figure out for ourselves if we have eaten too much, or exercised too little.

Left to our own devices we all usually end up at the same place we started. Overweight and depressed about it.Following a proven system though leaves us as sure as can be that we are doing things right.A daily task list becomes second nature as you follow and tick off the things you need to do.

Following a proven system every day should result in the goal that you seek, that’s long term weight loss.The hardest part is following the system, and its daily routine.Also helps if we know what the danger signs (or foods) are so we can either avoid or eat in moderation.

Knowledge is everything in this world. Having knowledge of something puts you in a far better position to deal with things.Losing weight is no different. If we know what we are doing and why, there should be no reason you can’t lose weight.Let’s look at a few things that may be the reason you can’t lose weight.

You simply can’t stop snacking.Surprisingly this could be boredom and not hunger that is causing you to snack. If you must snack find something that won’t pile the weight on. Nuts can be effective against hunger and the right ones are not overly fattening.

Eating too much too late. Eating late means there’s little chance to burn some calories off. Inevitably they turn to fat and a days hard work is lost. If this is you then it will benefit you loads if you can eat even an hour earlier or even fit in a little activity after you eat.

Motivation, it’s as important as the air you breathe. What more do you need to keep you motivated than the image of a slimmer, almost perfect you. You will be fitter. You’ll feel far better with your self image. You’ll be brimming with rediscovered confidence. Oh, and you may get more sex! What other reason do you need?

Stress. Not only is stress a killer it will make you eat and snack more. Worrying leads to comfort eating which leads to storing more fat. Gentle exercise has been proven to actually lighten your mood, which in turn lowers your stress levels, which in turn helps you in your goal.

There are a lot of reasons you might think you can’t lose weight.You will benefit by getting hold of a step by step system you can stick to.Following a system everyday gives you your best chance of successfully losing weight.

Are any of the reviews of the many diet system out there worth reading? I think so yes.A lot of systems (the majority in fact) won’t even educate you enough to know what’s good or bad for you. They simply say “do this…lose weight”. These diets are ones to avoid.
