2. What I like about resistance exercise is that it does not take up a lot of time like other types of exercise do. To stay on track to lose weight fast you only need to exercise 20 to 30 minutes a day for 2 to 3 days a week.
3. It is important that you have an adequate amount of sleep between exercises.
An adequate amount of rest will build your lean muscle for a fit and well shaped body.
